Here is Sweden, I haven't seen any running sushi restaurants, but normal sushi restaurants are quite common and popular these days (since east asia and japan are popular here now).
It seems like a funny and convenient way of eating out though, I can understand that the kids like it =)
The prices seem quite cheap also :o
