Did you know everybody?
MINASANN, GOZONJIDATTADESHOUKA?
HAMA of HAMAMATSU that miko lives is the sea(UMI).
Because Japan is an island (SHIMAGUNI), it is surrounded by the ocean.
Hamamatsu faces the shore endlessly.
The large large Pacific ocean. HIROI, HIROI, TAIHEIYOU.
I made up my mind at the Saturday afternoon and drove to the sea.
DOYOUBI NO GOGO, OMOITATTE UMI MADE DORAIBU NI IKIMASHITA.
This is the scenery which I see from my car.
If I keep driving to the west, I will be able to get to Nagoya.
If I make u-turn and drive the car to the east, I will be able to get to Tokyo.
I see that a surfer surfs in the sea.
UMI NIHA, SA-FA- NO SUGATAGA MIEMASU.
It is a best spot of the surfing here.
The scenery of the other side of the road.
DOURO NO HANTAI GAWA NO KESHIKI DESU.
The pine of the coastal windbreak forest (BOUFUURIN) continues endlessly here.
With the beach (HAMA) and a pine tree (MATSU), that's why, it is HAMAMATSU. HA-HA-HA
I arrived at the quiet seaside where nobody was, by only 30minutes drive from my house.
The children ran toward the sea like a released fish.
KAWAII.
In the sea of the spring (HARU NO UMI HA), there is nobody (DARE MO IMASEN).
I became happy to see my footprint was left in the sandy beach.
URESHIKU NARIMASHITA.
With this photograph, you might think it as it is a very quiet sea,
but swimming is prohibited in this whole area.(YUUEI KINSHI CHIKU DESU.)
The sea bathing (KAISUIYOKU) is not possible in the summer either.
Wind is very strong, and the wave is also big, too.
KAZE GA TSUYOKU, NAMI MO TAKAI (OOKII) DESU.
By the strong wind, there is such a beautiful design in the sandy beach.
There are a lot of shells (KAIGARA)
KAIGARA GA TAKUSAN OCHITEIMASU. in the seashore (HAMABE).
The children came here to enjoy picking up the many shells.
The shell is about 10cm and quite big.
There are around 100 in all....
Do you want to bring all the shells home?
ZENBU MOTTE KAERIMASUKA?
....Are you sure?
HONKI DESUKA?
Even if I look at the left or the right, the only thing I can see is just the sea.
MIGI WO MITE MO HIDARI WO MITEMO UMI.
And there is nobody around.
DAREMO IMASEN.
We seem to be totally in the uninhabited island (MUJINTOU).
My 18 month old son is seems to be afraid of the sound of the wave (NAMI NO OTO).
He gradually walks away from the beach.
It's like a baby sea turtle that made mistake of direction going not to the sea, but the land.
Speaking of a sea turtle (UMIGAME TO IEBA), the seaside of Hamamatsu is
the laying eggs place(SANNRANNCHI) of the sea turtle.
In late years the numbers that a sea turtle comes over decrease,
so the protection activity is performed.
Because the sea and a town had been divided on a highway,
I don't feel the sea close to me like before.
I want children to feel the splendor of the seawith the whole body,
and also want them to think about the importance of protecting the future environment.

I enjoyed reading about hinamatsuri, I am very interested in Japanese tradition but I like the new entry best, it gives me as a Westerner an insight into the special love of the Japanese for nature.
I will visit your blog everyday. Thanks for sharing your world.
