The strong plant which the bamboo extends a root in soil, and increase steadily.
Bamboo forest (TAKEBAYASHI) opens now all over Japan.
It is an important thing to dig it in the time when I can eat a bamboo shoot deliciously, and thinning it out,
keep health KENKOU WO TAMOTSU for bamboo forest (TAKEBAYASHI).
This is bamboo forest that is refresh.
It is cool and beautiful.SUZUSHIGE DE UTSUKUSHII DESU.
The nature that is near by people life is called "SATOYAMA".
It is necessarry to take care by people.

The type that the husband wants to obtain a delicious cooking ingredient in season.

A bamboo shoot is not a thing to eat a lot every time.
So I cook it with other things together.
It is finished to eat on around just the 10th.

CHUUGOKU DEMO KOUSHITE TABERUNODESUKA~?I chop a bamboo shoot and fry it with pork,
TAKENOKO WO KIZANDE BUTANIKU TO ITAMETARI

MOTTO KOMAKAKU KITTE GYOUZA NI IREMASU.
But I make the thing which I dug the sashimi of the bamboo shoot in response to the request of the husband.
I slice only a particularly soft part, and attach the good bud of the fragrance.
I can eat it with soy sauce and wasabi a little.
It is the taste of adult OTONANA AJI DESU that I enjoy fragrance and the feeling of the teeth.

とても おもしろい! I have eaten bamboo shoots for years (we have them canned), but have never seen them prepared. I had even seen a TV show recently with the shoots coming out of the ground like, but and did not realize that was where it came from.
In China,bamboo shoots is also a kind of delicious food.
